Copper busbars are solid rectangular conductive profiles made of high-purity electrolytic copper. It is processed by high-temperature extrusion, rolling, straightening, and precision cutting. It is the core conductive connection component in high-current electrical systems. This product has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, low resistivity, and minimal power loss during transmission. It also has excellent ductility and is easy to bend, drill, cut and weld, adapting to various power distribution equipment layouts.

Copper busbars are available in a variety of surface treatment options. The bare copper version has been polished and deburred to maintain the original metallic color, making it suitable for well-ventilated and dry indoor environments. Tin plating forms a protective layer, delays oxidation and blackening, enhances corrosion resistance, reduces contact resistance, and is suitable for humid and dusty environments. Silver plating is mainly used for high-precision, low-resistance electrical points.

Available in a variety of sizes, covering the entire size range from small branch circuits to high current main busbars. The standard length of the product is 4 to 6 meters, but it can also be cut to any customized length according to engineering drawings to flexibly match the installation needs of different scenarios such as switch cabinets, bus ducts, transformers, energy storage equipment, rectifier welding machines, electrolytic metallurgy, and grounding projects.
